Returns are allowed within two days of receiving the order.
You can also exchange or return to one of our branches located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the conditions necessary for return.
Make sure of the conditions for return or exchange and their statement as follows:
Ensure that the merchandise remains in its original packaging.
– Provided that it is in the same condition in which you received it without using or using the product.
There is a price tag on the product.
– There is no shortage of any accessory, belt, etc… of the piece.
Attach the invoice with the product.
There are no odors, perfumes or make-up on the piece.
When you receive the returned order in our warehouse and make sure that the item you want to return is not damaged and matches the description and condition in which it was sent, you will get the money that you paid as a price for the item only.
